Metabolic Conditioning

Is a Full body conditioning class, which incorporates functional movements, olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio intervals. If FAT LOSS is your goal then this is the class for you. It works all energy pathways making your body work as hard as it can which means RAPID FAT LOSS. The class is catered for all fitness levels from the complete beginner to the advanced athlete.

BOXING

Bad day at work? Come and punch, knee and kick your stresses away! Using boxing training fundamentals, movements and combinations this class will increase your muscle tone, lower body fat, making you physically stronger and aerobically fitter. FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

Our functional strength classes provides a new program every 6 weeks. Which breaks down the fundamentals of weight bearing exercise. Meaning you will learn to understand better form and technique while performing functional movements like Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press and more. KETTLEBELLS

The Kettlebell is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment available today. It can be used to perform numerous movement patterns and can be built in to any exercise routine. It's versatility can be used to improve your mobility, endurance, power output and building a strong core just to name a few. RAWR MOVEMENT

Rawr Movement uses gymnastic fundamentals and advance bodyweight movements to improve your core strength, coordination, agility, mobility, flexibility, and balance. During the class you will learn gymnastic strength techniques and skills that will allow you to progress from basic holds to handstands. This is a fun, unique class that will benefit all aspect of your training and health. No prior gymnastic skills are required to attend the class.

YOGA

Are you are looking to increase your flexibility or mobility, promote muscle tone, need some mental clarity or stress relief? If so you must try one of our harmonizing yoga classes. Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath to help balance the body, mind and spirit.
