Our motivation for opening think 24hr fitness came from seeing and experiencing poor service and facilities offered by so many other gyms. We knew there was an opportunity to provide a world-class establishment, which was affordable, accessible, convenient, customer service driven and focused on getting results while having an amazing atmosphere. In think 24hr fitness, we have brought the best of every world at our facilities. Not only are we open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our facilities also incorporate large functional training spaces with your traditional 24hr gym layout. PLus an array of group fitness classes as part of your membership, including yoga, boxing, metabolic conditioning, kettlebells – abs and butt and strength and plyo training. Keep an eye more classes in the future.

I have a passion for holistic health and wellness being interested in the inter-relatedness and integration of alternative functional medicines, nutrition, movement, technology, the mind and spirit. I have a wide range of qualifications including: a Diploma in Exercise Science and Fitness Management, Certificate levels 3&4 in Fitness, Sports Nutritionist , ISSN-SNS Certified and Metabolic Health Coach and Genetic Wellness Coach. I am also a Reiki Master and have my level 1 in Raindrop Therapy.

Along with these formal qualifications I have over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and 20 years in the area of Personal Development. Prior to commencing as a certified fitness professional I had extensive training in the Martial Arts both as a student and teacher focusing on: Ninjutsu, Freestyle Karate and Capoeira. . I also have a passionate interest in Essential Oils & Sound Therapy and what i believe to be their place as the missing link in modern medicine..

I truly believe in a holistic approach to wellness, health, longevity and happiness using nutrition, exercise, mind, mediation and quality supplementation to help my clients (and myself) achieve their goals. One of my philosophies is “practice what you preach”. I aim to lead through example on all levels of nutrition, exercise and supplementation. I never suggests any diet, exercise or supplement regimen that i haven't researched first or tried myself. Although I have over 16 years’ experience with diet, nutrition and supplementation i continue to self study, travel and attend courses to keep up to date with all current trends and latest research in my industry.

I aim to provide a highly client oriented model of service with my coaching, programming, nutrition and supplementation tailored to the individual. After a careful and detailed assessment, goals can be set co-operatively and a programme and regimen designed to achieve those goals. I draw on my extensive knowledge and experience to always be able to adjust or modify programming, nutrition plans and supplements to ensure success.
