I am an ex-gymnast/acrobat who found my passion in the industry almost 10 years ago and have been running my own company, FitCulture, for around 5 years. I have assisted Australia's largest man in a televised documentary on his weight loss journey. I was featured in Women's Health and Fitness Magazine for 3 consecutive months for a 12 Week Challenge I wrote specifically for the magazine Australia wide. 

Just recently in 2014, I worked with Lorna Jane on developing and writing her signature 'Physique' Class to which was rolled out nation wide.

More than this I have assisted hundreds of people over the years, finding their feet to achieve their goals, setting them up with the tools to maintain their weight loss and new life. I have mentored aspiring trainers and ran several charity bootcamps for a range of charities.

At the end of 2015 I completed my certificate III and IV in fitness. I have worked in a personal training studio taking strength classes and metabolic conditioning classes as well as running “get active” programs for children.

From a young age I have participate in as many sports as possible from soccer, swimming, rugby, cross country and triathlons. I believe health and fitness is a chance for people to improve their lives, whether it is changing how they look, how they feel or how their body performs. Not everyone is blessed with able and capable bodies and those that are don’t use them to their fullest potential.
