The Think 8 & 12 Week Challenges are for all fitness levels and training abilities. You’ll have a team of professionals guiding you though an expertly designed program focusing on three key areas:

PERFORMANCE

Weekly Small Group PT x 2
You will have the opportunity to attend 2 Small Group PT sessions per week, these will be held by your highly qualified coaches who’ll train you throughout the duration of the 8 or 12 week challenges respectively.

During these sessions you will exposed to a structured program, designed to progressively challenge your body to optimise your personal performance levels.

The sessions will give you important face time with your coaches keeping you accountable and on track to reaching your challenge goal. Once you have registered your will be sent a fitness survey so we can learn your fitness history and your challenge goals. This will be key to the programing of your PT sessions and maximizing your results.

Weekly Outdoor Bootcamp.
What better way to stay motivated as a group then getting out in the sunshine and attend a heart pumping Boot camp. This fun session is designed to keep you guessing each week – will it be hill sprints? stairs climbs? Or abs in the park?

Fitness testing
During the 8 and 12 week challenges you will perform either 2 or 3 (depending on length of challenge) fitness testing procedures that will measure your performance and improvement from the Start, Middle and End (12 week challenge) or Start and End (8 week challenge).

We will be testing 5 specific components which are as follows:
-Cardiovascular Endurance
-Muscular Strength
-Body Composition
-Muscular Endurance
-Flexibility

The relative amounts of muscle, fat, bone and other vital parts of the body
From the information gathered we’ll be looking to see who can show the greatest commitment to the program and in return achieve the greatest improvements in personal fitness. After each fitness test you will be provided with your results so you can track your improvement and celebrate your achievements.

Unlimited Group Fitness Classes
Our group fitness classes are programed and lead by highly experienced, professional trainers and are proven to get you maxim results, fast!
They’ve been designed to compliment each other, covering all the major areas of fitness so you burn body fat, increase muscle, making you physically stronger and aerobically fitter.
By attending a variety of the classes you’ll feel energized, motivated, challenged and coming back for more.

Enjoy the Club as a Member
You’ll have 24hr access at both our Newstead and Bulimba clubs. Newstead boasting 920 sqm over two levels and Bulimba enjoying 500sqm. Both clubs are made up of functional and conventional training spaces to cater for all your training requirements. Train in our friendly facility, no stringlets, no posers, just like-minded people all here to get great results!

Inbody Scanner before and after
The InBody 570 Scanner provides exact measurements and data analysis of your body composition including muscle mass, water, fat, protein, bone mineral and much, much more. The InBody will be used in the Challenge to accurately track your improvement. We have the scanner right here in the gym and we’ll step you though how to read your results.

Dtox Box
You'll also have FREE access to our in house infrared sauna as part of the initial stages the challenge.

Before and After photos
It can be difficult to see any physical change when we look at ourselves every day! The before and after photos will provide you with confirmation you are physically improving, getting stronger, leaner, improved posture and looking great. These will be taken in a private environment and will not be used for any marketing by the gym without your consent. Feel free to use them to brag to your friends, just saying!

NUTRITION

Meal Plans
During the Challenge you will be provided with detailed meal plans programed to complement your training program, and health and fitness goals. The 6 week challenge attendees will be taken through phase 1 & 2. 12 week challenge attendees will be taken through phase 1,2 & 3. These include:

Phase 1 – Health
Phase 2 – Body composition
Phase 3 – Performance.

The meal plans will include a variety of choices around individual food groups and Marconutrients. This will allow you to learn to make good nutrition decisions during and beyond the Challenge.

Education Workshops
Education is key to the success of the challenge and ongoing health and fitness. Not only will you be provided with meal plans but you will be educated on why each phase is important, what you’re expected to feel and how this will effect your physically inside and out.
We will hold workshops for challenge attendees including:

Along your challenge journey you will be provided with tips and tricks on meal preparation, where to find cleaner suggested products, helping you stick to the program and get the maximum results out of the challenge.
To kick off your nutrition program, once we receive your registration for the 8 or 12 Week Challenge you will be sent a survey. This will give us important past, present and future information on you as an individual. This is vitally important for the programming of your fitness and nutrition for your Challenge.

COMMUNITY

Fitness and Nutrition Support
Our team will be with you throughout the entire challenge. You’ll train with like minded people in our 24 weekly group classes and see your coach twice per week. We’ll also provide you with all your meal plans, fitness testing results, workshops and more.
One huge advantage of the Challenge is you’re not alone, you’ll train with others who are serious about making a change to their health and fitness. We’ll host a Facebook group exclusive to Challenge attendees, giving you a platform to chat, organize sessions together, swap recipe ideas or ask us any questions that may pop up.

Awards Function
Think 24hr Fitness invite you and your partner to help celebrate your journey and achievement at the awards function for Challenge attendees 2017. Relax, chat, pat each other on the back and reminisce on those fun training moments!

Prizes
Although health and physical improvement is rewarding enough, to help you through the tough times just remind yourself – you have the opportunity to win some amazing prizes!! The winner will be determined on those who put in the most commitment to their training, follow their nutrition plans and therefore achieve the most improvement.
